Additional Information on Eligibility: The SPH is the only entity designated by the Government of Rwanda (GOR) to provide the health sector with masters and doctoral-level public health specialists in the following disciplines: epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy and information systems, reproductive health, health economics, environmental health and behavioral change, and public health program management.
Description: The main purpose of this agreement is to support the School of Public Health (SPH) to provide quality and relevant pre- and in-service training and research capabilities for the enhancement of evidence-based planning and a smooth transition of PEPFAR II activities within the Rwandan health sector. Key areas identified, in collaboration with the SPH and the Ministry of Health, to be supported through this cooperative agreement include:
