Additional Information on Eligibility: Eligible Applicants: To be eligible to receive a General Programming Grant, an applicant must be a nonprofit telecommunications entity or partnership of such entities. Note: If more than one non-profit telecommunications entity wishes to form a consortium and jointly submit a single application, they must follow the procedures for group applications described in 34 CFR 75.127 through 75.129 of EDGAR.
